Terms & Conditions
Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Conditions of Entry, including all instructions and requirements outlined herein. Entry is open to all individuals who refer another person to JKL Architectural Builders. The promotion commences on May 30th, 2026, and concludes at 4:30 pm on December 1st, 2026.
To qualify for a prize, the referred individual must spend a minimum of $50,000.00 on a new build, renovation or alteration during the specified promotional period. There is no limit to the number of referrals one person can submit.
Referral fees and prizes are incentives only for the value on offer and should be utilized at local businesses to support the local economy. Referral fees and prizes are incentives only for the value on offer, with the maximum reward capped at $7,000.00.
The value on offer is 1% of the contract value excluding HST/GST.
The value will be disbursed in vouchers redeemable at various local stores and agencies participating in the referral program, subject to JKL Architectural Builder’s discretion. Referrers qualifying for prize rewards will be contacted by JKL Architectural Builders to arrange collection or delivery of the prize, to be paid in three installments: at the beginning, middle, and upon completion of the project, and final payment to JKL Architectural Builders.
In the event of multiple referrers for the same individual, only one referrer will be awarded the referral fee. The decision will be based on the order of referral entries without bias or preference.
The Promoter’s decision in the event of disputes or the need for clarification is final and binding.
Entry into the referral process implies consent for the use of referrers’ names and photographs for promotional marketing purposes, including publication on JKL Architectural Builders’ website and social media platforms. Photographs are to be provided by referral participants.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Vouchers received as prizes may have an expiry date, and failure to redeem them before the expiry date will render the voucher prize null and void.
In the event that a prize or any part thereof is unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value and/or specification. JKL Architectural Builders reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
